Privacy Policy
1. Summary
Aktuell Pty Ltd (“Aktuell”, “we”, “us”) provides the iOS app NFC Command and this website. NFC Command is designed to keep your tag work on your device. We do not require an account. We do not show ads. We do not use third-party advertising or tracking SDKs in the app. By default we do not upload the contents of NFC tags, CSV imports, contact cards, or session logs to Aktuell servers.
2. Information processed on your device
When you use NFC Command, the app may process on your iPhone:
- NDEF payloads you read or write (URLs, text, contact/vCard data)
- Fleet stack data you import or generate (for example CSV rows, numbered templates, session write logs)
- App preferences such as unlock state for Fleet
This information stays on your device unless you choose to share it yourself (for example by using the system Share sheet to export a session log).
3. Purchases
Fleet is a one-time in-app purchase processed by Apple. We do not receive your full payment card details. Apple’s terms and privacy practices apply to the transaction. We may receive purchase status needed to unlock Fleet on your device (for example via StoreKit / App Store receipt mechanisms).
4. Diagnostics
We do not currently collect analytics or crash reports from NFC Command beyond what Apple may provide to developers through standard App Store / Xcode channels tied to Aktuell as a developer customer - not as app-user tracking. We do not sell diagnostic data.
5. What we do not collect by default
- Account credentials or profile information (no sign-in)
- Advertising identifiers for ads or cross-app tracking
- Precise location for the app’s core features
- Contents of your NFC tags on Aktuell servers
6. Children
NFC Command does not require an account and is not directed at collecting children’s data. The App Store age rating is expected to be 4+.
7. Third parties
Apple Inc. provides the App Store, in-app purchase, and device platform services. Their privacy policy applies to those services.
8. This website
aktuell.com.au is hosted by Vercel. The site uses Vercel Web Analytics to understand page views. That is not advertising, and it is separate from NFC Command. If you use the contact form, we receive the name, email, company, and message you submit so we can reply. We do not sell that information.
9. Changes
We may update this policy. The “Last updated” date will change when we do. Material changes may also be noted in an App Store release note where appropriate.
